ebookers looks for German delisting

ONLINE holiday firm ebookers is to apply to the Deutsche Boerse AG and Frankfurt Stock Exchange to delist its ADSs from the Frankfurt Stock Exchange's Neuer Markt and Geregelter Markt (regulated market).
It said the same ADSs will continue to trade on the Nasdaq national market in the US.
ebookers said it has decided to reduce its listings from three to two in order to improve the liquidity of its shares. ebookers also trades its ordinary shares on the London Stock Exchange.
